For more than 25 years, DoD STARBASE’s primary focus has been historically disadvantaged 5th graders, however STARBASE’s success is prompting it expansion to create an educational continuum through high school.

To facilitate this expansion, and optimize the educational continuum, STARBASE seeks partnerships with institutes of higher learning that can augment STARBASE staff with qualified student teachers and provide local expertise to enhance overall learning experiences.
