Ms. Sharon Morrow serves as the Small Business Director for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), responsible for advising the DTRA Director on all small business matters in the execution of the DTRA Mission – enabling DoD and the U.S. Government to prepare for and combat weapons of mass destruction and improvised threats and to ensure nuclear deterrence. She is responsible for DTRA’s socioeconomic programs and assists contracting professionals in market research, acquisition planning and assuring subcontracting compliance.

She is a Navy veteran, a former small business owner, and contracting officer. She has worked for the Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), National Aeronautical and Space Agency (NASA), Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Army Office of Small Business Programs (at Headquarters), and DTRA."
